During the wedding planning process, our married friends had told us that a million things would go wrong on the day of the wedding and sure enough, it did. AI was our saving grace. They resolved all the problems that arose, without us ever being aware. It was only after the wedding that we found out. What a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders, which we will always be grateful for. AI was very helpful and accommodating from the moment we signed with them. They helped review our contacts, provided unlimited phone and text consultation, and gave us all their industry insights. We also chose to do floral and décor with them. Connie gave us a reception beyond our vision. Her creativity with design and floral arrangements is simply beautiful. Our wedding was in California but we live on the East Coast. Therefore, Reggie and Marie were our eyes and ears throughout the whole process. They made several trips to our venue on our behalf and communicated our concerns/questions to other vendors as well. They helped us iron out all the details for the day-off schedule and coordinated such a flawless wedding. They became like family and we won’t forget all their hard work!!! We miss you guys!!

Reggie, Connie, and Marie at AI International were our planners and coordinators for our wedding this past May at the Metropol in Glendale, CA. Reggie and his team found us amazing vendors to make our day that much more special. We told them what we wanted for our big day and they did everything that we asked and more. My wife and I lived in different states while we were planning the wedding but Reggie and his team always made time to talk to both of us together so that everyone was updated with everything that was going on. They have great relationships with many vendors in the Los Angeles area which made the negotiation process go smoothly. They would always respond to our messages in a timely manner, and would give us advice on things that we should or should not do to make our day special. They did everything for us from finding our photographer and videographer, to decorations, and Reggie even MC'd for us. We heard nothing but compliments from the guests that attended our wedding. Reggie and Connie are superb! Truly! I sought them out merely looking for someone to decorate the Chuppah for my wedding. However, once I realized how skilled their design team is and how reasonable their pricing structure is, I ended up having them do nearly all the design for my wedding. I really appreciate how professional and friendly they are. I felt very comfortable with being transpaprent about by wants/needs and how everything needed to fit within my budget; and they worked with me to achieve the most beautiful petal aisles, bouquets, table center pieces, and more. They are the dream team!

AI international did an amazing job for our outdoor wedding when we needed the help a few months before the wedding. They happily met with us numerous times before the wedding to decide on fabric colors and types and thoroughly checked out the venue on different occasions to ensure that they understood the venue space very well. They designed a floor plan that was unimaginable for me, taking into consideration the shading at different hours of the day and the different scenery. Their creative designer created a beautiful set of flower arrangements around the venue that was a perfect touch to take our wedding up a notch. Our wedding coordinator for the day was so kind and helpful. She was available even the night before the wedding as I made a few last minute changes at midnight!
